− Single point diamond turning tools for machining brass, aluminum, copper, as well as crystalline materials such as calcium fluoride, Zinc Selenide, germanium, and silicon.   Tools can be provided with a radius on them ranging from 2-3 microns up to 300mm.  Sharp tools for fresnel lenses and other custom geometries are available.  Natural diamond, synthetic diamond, and single crystal CVD diamond are offered, as well as CBN and PCD (Polycrystalline diamond).    Diamond can be brazed onto any carbide forming metal shank or insert.    Click here for more info

     
Metalbond and resinbond diamond core drills and diamond grinding wheels

− Diamond core drill and wheel supplier,  metalbond diamond core drills are available with an ID as small as .010" and OD as small as .022".  We also supply larger sizes up to several inches in diameter.   Smaller core drills can be specified as eitehr ID or OD critical, with standard tolerance +/-.001".  We can hold tolerance to .0005" or .00025" if required.    Drills up to 30+ inches long can be provided mounted onto whatever style adapter you require.    These drills are typically used for drilling glass, ceramic, Sapphire, Piezo materials, and drilling silicon carbide.  Click here for more info

− Diamond tool supplier for the Gravure printing industry.  We offer full range of diamond tools used on the Daetwyler and HELL engraving systems.  Styli, burr-cutters, and sliding shoes are offered.  We also offer a unique "One-Way"® diamond engraving styli that are not repairable. Diamond anvils for high pressure research / synchrotron x-ray analysis

− Diamond anvils for high pressure research.  We supply Drukker standard, brilliant, modified brilliant, and boehler conical diamond anvils.  Natural diamond and synthetic diamond are available.   Full range of standard and custom diamond anvils are produced at our sister facility in Herenthout Belgium.   ULB (ultra-low birefringence) and ULF (Ultra-low fluorescence) diamond are available.   We utilize a specialized technical institute in Belgium to select for ULF.   Delivery time for new or repaired anvils is 3-4 weeks.  Our team of 20 polishers has combined hundreds of years in polishing experience.  Most previously worked for Lens diamond, polishing some of the most rare gem diamonds for DeBeers.
